ARC2N LLC Announces Partnership with Triplegold Ventures (TGV) — Bringing Logipack IBC Solutions to Japan

Triplegold Ventures Pte Ltd (TGV), a Singapore-headquartered group active in trading, logistics, and packaging across Singapore, China, Thailand, and Indonesia, has built its packaging division around one core problem: helping manufacturers and shippers cut cost, reduce waste, and hold up to real-world logistics conditions. Through its partnership with manufacturer Logipack, TGV offers a line of intermediate bulk container (IBC) solutions spanning single-use to fully reusable formats.

‍ ‍

Until now, that platform had no dedicated presence in Japan. For Japanese businesses, evaluating overseas packaging technology from a catalog or a video call rarely answers the questions that matter: how the fold ratio performs in practice, how much residue is left behind, whether the build holds up to Japan's operational standards. Without someone on the ground verifying these things directly, adoption stalls.

‍ ‍

That's the gap ARC2N now fills. Our team traveled to Tianjin, China to see Logipack's manufacturing firsthand — reviewing two of the platform's flagship systems in detail, and getting an early look at two upcoming platforms, MagiCube RIGID and SolidRock.

‍ ‍

What we saw:

‍ ‍

EcoVax® Gen2 (EV 1000) — flat-pack, single-use IBC

‍ ‍

  • Capacity / Payload: 1,020 L / 1,500 kg

  • Folding ratio: up to 11:1

  • Residue reduction: down to 0.05–0.3%

  • Key innovation: minimal waste (liner only, 2–3 kg); recyclable metal parts with high scrap value

‍ ‍

MagiCube® FLEX (MC-F 1020) — reusable, foldable IBC built for semi-solid products

‍ ‍

  • Capacity / Payload: 1,020 L / 1,400 kg

  • Folding ratio: 4.5:1

  • Residue reduction: down to ~0.25–0.3%

  • Heating option: LOGIPACK EZ-Heat™ system — reaches up to 1.0°C/hr, auto shut-off via PTC sensor, fireproof/waterproof V0-grade materials, 5-year lifespan

  • Key innovation: wash-free design; one-step "plug & heat" setup

‍ ‍

(Figures verified against TGV's official IBC specification deck and logipack360.com's published product data.)

‍ ‍

Following this evaluation, ARC2N LLC has signed a Consultancy Agreement with TGV to serve as their Business Development representative in Japan.

‍ ‍

Effective May 2026, ARC2N LLC is TGV's official footprint in Japan for the Logipack platform. Japanese businesses now have a local partner who has verified these products firsthand and can guide evaluation, sourcing, and adoption — backed by ARC2N's logistics expertise and TGV's manufacturing partnership with Logipack.
